Jus tre-read the t-case yoke fix VFAQ, and it says to use RTV. I swear i've read one somewhere that says to use JB weld. Which should I use?

don't have any kwik, just have regular stuff. I'll be doing it shortly and installing it tommorrow, so it will have plenty of time to set.

I used RTV on the inside of the yoke, and JB on the outside.

I'm not sure I'd want to use JB on the inside of the yoke. You'll either weld the yolk onto the TC output shaft, or get a glob in the splines, and it won't slide on.

As steve said,

I just did mine with the Xcase in the car, for the outside I used JB Weld.

I also reinforced it with a layer of sheet metal on top of the glue .

RTV on the inside only for me and holding for 4 years. Just make sure it is cleaned well with degreaser so it will seal well.
