Maybe I'm missing something but I see Oct 5 for test & tune.

Last Mix and Match I was at they handed everyone a flyer stating this on there way in.

And if the timing system is broken again (for the 3rd time) I may just have to give up on the place forever.

I got my fricken money back at that last one. I was there for all of 30 mins and they shut the track down.

The timing system better be working. I'm pumped for this one. We're bringing 2 cars to the track. I'll race my Talon down the 1/4, then go lapping in the WRX, then maybe race the WRX down the 1/4 and lap the Talon.

Oh it will be a good day. I'm bringing a tent and the Club DSM Canada Banner.

Oh I see it now. I was looking on the schedule and there is nothing on there about the 30th. I'm not gonna be able to make it down this weekend but I am hoping to have my car finished up this week and gonna try and make it for the 30th then.

I'll be there around 8 setting up.

Looks like a double-header weekend next weekend. Arm-drop is rescheduled for Sept 29 (Sat) and then Shannonville for Sept 30 (Sun). Looking forward to this weekend!!

Confirmed for the Picton Armdrop. RTM Racing will have a booth setup with a few small goodies on display. We're still working on the Shannonville race day, haven't got an email back for permission to setup a vendor booth.

Funny enough, it was only a few days ago that I took that off my car. For whatever reason, the paint/grease marker came off the front quite easily, but no matter what would not come off the rear windshield or side window, so people probably thought I was 'Shootout Bound' for a month after the Shootout. Finally took a scraper to it and it came off.

I'll be there Sunday barring something completley unforeseen.

Despite the weather forecast it was an exceptional day. Not a drop of rain at least while I was there anyway.
I think a few personal bests were achieved. One I know of by a good 0.6sec or so.
I managed an 11.69 at 122mph. Had the boost up to about 33psi with NLTS for the first time and did some work on the launches. I finally worked my way down to 1.76s 60ft on 5-6 year old 215/55/17s. Too bad it wasn't on my fastest run.
Good to see lots of DSM representation. I counted 6 of us and everyone running this time.

Yep, last night I was getting ready and backed up, catching the car door on the truck and just about ripping it off! Up till 130am with the car apart re shaping the fender and rehanging the door! Was not fun. But we made it!


I was expecting more from a stock awd turbo 1g. Its best run was a 16.72. We kept raising the boost Until we started getting loose fly wheel bolts and had to quit. maybe saw 13psi. But Me and sandra had a ton of fun. Its first time.. her first time..Been about 11 years for me since.

I had a blast was able to get 16 runs in, got my best of 12.76/109.1. 20-21psi stock exhaust. Nice to see lots of talons.

Well I can't say I was disappointed. The AWDAuto did me proud.

Best time was a 11.42@115 with a best MPH of 11.68@123. She was launching hard cutting 1.72 60's for most of my runs.

We had the RTM Racing booth there as well, and got lots of visibility.

With a few tweaks throughout the week, lets hope we see a lower 11 second pass out of that turbo before the season is up.

It was a great weekend.

I had fun, didn't set any PB's but fun none the less. Ran 3 12.0's but the car was wheelhoping so bad it would pop out the sidemarker light in the front bumper. Started having issue's getting her into 2nd gear also, so I called it a day.

Big congrats to Ryan for running 2 11.4's...I was Impressed.

Well i had friends from out of town drop by unexpectedly, so i didn't even get out there until about 10 to 4, i passed jay stacey along the way, threw a wave, not sure if you saw me...anyways i also achieved a personal best, and finally broke out of the 15's...

a double 14.6 @ 98mph w/ 8psi from a 14b. Had some sticky shoes up front for this one, made a big difference...if only i could get a 2.2 or 2.1 60ft...

Ryan has been chasing the 11 for quite some time and definately deservs the 11 sec sticker.

How'd I do? That was the final round for Fastest Sport Compact. The RSX was pumping out in excess of 600HP.

How do you think I did?? LOL

Didn't help that the guy dropping arms wasn't the brightest and when he asked me if I was ready to go I told him no and he dropped his arms.

i'm hoping to get into the 13's next season, but i'll probably stop there since it's FWD, and i already have major traction issues...after next year i'll be shopping for an Evo.
