To replace the stock rubber or as a complete I/C pipe? Im not sure but they could handle the heat but may expand too much as a complete I/C pipe as well as kinks or variation on inside diameter at bends. Good question but there has to be a reason I have never seen a complete I/C out of silicon. The mandrel bent custom pipes with a silicon flex section would be more responsive and impervious to heat or pressure.

Silicon - $35/ft. (45, 90 degree bends $45+/ft.)
Aluminized - $7/ft.
Stainless - $15/ft.
