Just a little info your all of you who jump the gun on putting your bling bling summer wheels on. In the past 40 years, only 2 years has it not snowed in April. I'll just wait another few weeks.

A little clarification on how this works:

Yes, it's pretty much a given that we get one last winter blast before Spring officially settles in.

WHEN this happens, of course, is entirely up to me.

By putting on my summer wheels, I pretty much guarantee winter's final fury within 24hrs from the moment the last nut is torqued on my hub.
If I would have waited until let's say, the last weekend of April, then my friends, you would have seen the first snow fall in May in over 40 years.

By doing this now, I get it over with, the sooner the better.
