He owns/ works in a shop in Scarbrough.

He is about 20-25 years if age.

The reason Iam looking for him is because he may have a lead as to where my stolen car is.

Well, I'll, give you a tip. Don't put your faith in cops or the law. I did. And I had to do the work for them. Instead of the other way around. And in the end. I got squat. While the culprit(s) were happily sent on their merry way to do as they please.
