There's a ton of them for $40-$60 on tuners. People post them regularly.
Also, I think I saw a FORGE mbc in this forum for sale. Should be in one of the partout threads IIRC.

i've got a turbosmart mbc i'll do for 60, comes with hoses and clamps to reach in the 2g
