I think the entire assembly is out of stock, as he doesn't seem to have the arm, but I THINK he has the individual nut and bolt.

No problem. I just happened to notice. I have no way of knowing what stock he does and doesn't have, can just go by what the store says, but it looked like they had the parts, and that would definitely be fastest.
