Android lap timer. - March 21, 2013 01:40 am UTC
Anyone using a good laptimer on your Androids? Shannanville has no timer set up for there road coarse and I wanna time my laps. There 1 lap at a time and the finish line is not the start line. So the finish line would have to be gps programed before the race.
Torque pro dosent seem to have one.

The GPS sensors in our phones refresh way too slow to be accurate. You need to purchase a high frequency GPS adapter if you want to get remotely accurate lap times from a phone.

http://www.amazon.com/BT-Q818XT-Qstarz-10Hz-Bluetooth-Receiver/dp/B003YCZINA Reading the reviews, it seems like people bought this for the exact reason I mentioned.
Also, everyone seems to be recommending Trackmaster.
