Going back there for the 2nd and the 4th of August. Anyone else care to join for a proper DSM meet?

If I haz a car I will come
If not I can take the bike. Maybe I'll run it
Might be there on the 4th, for lapping (weather depending), 5-9pm. Will likely show up a couple hours early
I'll be there as well lapping on the road course.
Awesome!
Let me know if you're going up on the 2nd, 4th or both.

Why not go up on the Friday night T&T, I'm down to go on the 1st or 2nd though.
Sorry! I meant the 1st and the 4th.
So, the Friday, then the Monday after that as well.
As long as everything is in good running order, I am going on both days.
I'll be there as well lapping on the road course.
In Mini or GSX ?

Good luck with that, I have first hand experience with your heel-toe

Anyway, want to see who's confirmed for tomorrow afternoon assuming the weather man pulls through?

I'm trying my best to make it down for test n tune on Monday August 4th.
So far it's just me who's going and my friend in his new 5.0 (recall the one I smoked in the 1g :)).
Friday is supposed to be clear, while Monday it's calling for rain.
Awesome day apart from the wastegate. Very few people (probably thought it would rain) and even a jet dragster did a run, low 5 second pass. I was right behind it too. Really cool!
Bunch of evo's but they kept to themselves... Evo owners.

What ya run?
14.5 when dialing in the car taking it easy and a 18.* when the wastegate blew up and I coasted through.
Anyone want to meet before hand and drive down as a convoy?
So who's still going tomorrow?
Bunch of evo's but they kept to themselves... Evo owners.
What is that suppose to mean??
A joke about the stereotypical Evo owners. Lots of them are stuck up.
Doesn't apply to everyone naturally.
So. No one else West of Toronto goes to the track?

We didn't make it out, from 5pm on, weather looked too iffy, for a 2 hr drive.
Half and hour after I left it started raining really hard.
How many laps do they allow you to do on the road course?

Re: Cayuga - August 05, 2014 03:57 pm UTC
Road course is spilt into day or evening, and I think full day. So like as many as possible from open to 4 or 5 ish. Then there is from that time until the sun goes down. Usually stops at Dark, not to say we havent gotten a few laps in as it becomes hard to see where one is going
Kind of a late thing to post, but I'm going to the track today with some friends, leaving my place at around 18:20 to avoid traffic if anyone wants to join.
So far is Tim, Deep (maybe, leaning on yes) and myself.

I go to the track when i can (from oakville) but finding time with having a little one is tough, I'm just glad i still have the car
I'll be going more next year.
Kyle, be sure to check here more often in the summer, as I like to go often. I drive past oakville so we could even convoy it over to there.

I like going often too if I have then chance. I didn't go too much this year cuz I didn't have my car on the road till late, but once everything was good with it I took it out a few times near the end.

I'm going to be going to cayuga tomorrow for test and tune 11am-4pm (most likely driving the dsm rather the. Trailer due to lack of trailer availibility.)
Who wants to meet there? I'll be testing out my new setup.
I was thinking about my local track tonight if I can get things fixed in time.
If not tonight, I may come swing by Cayuga tomorrow then, if other dsmers are going.
I'm hoping to either go to this or out to St Thomas tomorrow night.. I suppose it will depend a bit on when I manage to get up tomorrow
Cayuga is open tomorrow? Or you guys mean Sunday?
They're open today but they've got an OSCA event going on.
I'll probably be heading to St Thomas for their 6-10pm TnT with Lucian and some of his friends.

Few of us will be at the track tonight for whoever wants to come.
Don't be bed heads, come on Sunday!
Anyone going to Cayuga in the morning? I will be there as long as she's running right this time.
Jaroslaw, Tim and some buddies might be going as well.
A buddy called the track in the morning and they said that they were expecting rain very shortly, so I bugged out. Apparently someone else was there though?
