Lowering=worn tires

Well, I got new tires, my old ones were crap, splitting and worn on the insides, all except one. Heres my problem, I bought the car, and I think its lowered about an inch or so. Does anyone know if lowerering this much chews up the tires? And wheres a good shop for an alignment if you are lowered?

Lowered 1G AWD's can't be aligned enough after lowering to avoid wrecking rear tires. You need to modify your upper rear control arms. Magnus did mine.

Since your car is FWD, lowering is not a problem at all (at least in the back). Your rear suspension is completely different than an AWD setup. Because of your solid rear axle, the wheels do not gain camber as the car is lowered (like mine, or any other independant rear suspension). If you are wrecking your tires, it should be an easy fix with a good alignment. Maybe they are toed in a bit, which really scubs tread off.

I think they are toed abit, not noticable, but it shows on the tires.
