Anyone have an educated opinion on stock cams ground to 280's?

I saw Kevin's ad Zig. But I also saw a set of regrinds for $80 never installed since grind.

Ya, no doubt in my mind which I would prefer....but that IS a hell of a price difference...does make one think twice....

Mike, you can have my regrinds so that it puts them out of your mind. Definitely more trouble than they're worth.

I have purchased Kevin's cams. Thanks for the help in deciding. I'm building a powerhouse engine, and I shouldn't skimp, or it will bite me in the ass later.

I got mine from Thomas Toth a few years back. The first set were really bad, the second set not much better. Now I run genuine HKS and I haven't looked back. The were issues with incorrect overlap, so I was losing compression big time on 1 cylinder. I have them sitting around in case someone wants to try them.
