1g turbo vs. 1g non turbo intake manifolds

quick question...

with respective throttle bodies still intact, which would flow better?

Both intake manifolds look identical accept for an extra nipple for the BOV vac signal.

Since the N/T has a bigger TB, then by logic, it should flow better assuming the bottle neck is the TB.
