i dont have a rogers e-mail adress that i could use....ive never set one up or anything i struggle when it comes to technology hence the simple hotmail adress that i use....

For some "unknown" reason? I think the caption below explains itself quite clearly. Everyone who surfs the net, has an ISP. Every ISP provides an email address, usually multiple address'. Use one of those to sign up and you will have no problem.
