Are you venting to atmosphere?

Dead Alternator
Bad TPS
Bad ISC
You didn't push the clutch in
You hit a rock
Out of fuel
Out of air
Out of order
Just a few ideas.
Kinda hard to pinpiont why it's doing what it's doing when you give us no information.
