Code 23 TDC sensor

Hey there I have code 23 (tdc sensor) I have no clue what that means i thought the tdc sensor was the cas on a 1g!? i swapped the cas for one i know is working and still code 23.. The car will not run.

It is in the CAS, check the wiring.
