Winter Tires on Rims

Selling a set of Yokohama Gurdex winter tires on 1g rims. Tires have about 90% tread left and are good for a few winters. $270 o.b.o

I don't think it's cool to re-sell something at a higher cost than you bought them for unless you've added value to them like having them balanced, painted the rims, or something. I wouldn't think balancing would justify a $70 profit. What gives?

Just to update/clarify, Branko has had the wheels balanced and has since sold his Talon.

So, he's not trying to flip them for a quick buck.
