Think I could run crossfire with my diamond? or do they have to be the same vendors too?

I'm not entirely sure but I think I read that they need to be the same card.

I just read that you can crossfire the same card by different vendors.

Example- Sapphire 6970 will crossfire with a Asus 6970

as long as the processor is the same, not sure about memory size and clock speeds.

If you pair two cards but one has a lower clock speed both will run at the lower clock speed.
