Rpf1's 17x8.5

Rpf1's 17x8.5 - November 19, 2015 10:12 pm UTC

Selling my Rpf1's I've been running for a few years now. They do have scratches on them, not any curb rash though one does have a small bend on the lip, I actually just noticed today. Tires are Falken ziex ze912. Nothing crazy, just a "normal" tire.

17x8.5 +30mm with 255/40's.

$1000obo

Production date on the tires? How much life left? If you happen to know, will these fit a 1G AWD without rolling the fender or using spacers? (I don't mind using spacers, would rather not roll the fenders at this time).

Oh, and do they come with RPF1 centre caps?

What's the factory offset of the 1g alloys?

2009 I believe. I bought them with the sole purpose to see if I could fit 255's. Can't say for sure if they'd fit a 1G without any rolling up front. My car needed it, but I had done nothing to the rear. That's with the 255's. Had 245 RA1's on before and never had to do any rolling to the front, car was quite low too.

No center caps, I didn't want to pay for them. Lol

I was running 245 before with wider rims and I still had good space that is a smaller offset though so my bet is that you will need spacers, pretty sure factory is 38

I believe the prod date on the tires is the 33rd week of 2007

Correction. I believe three of the pictures show 33rd week of 2007 and one shows the 15th week of 2008

25th week 2009, also lots of tread life left. And spacers won't be needed I guarantee that. The lower the offset number means the wheels stick out further.

Compare your factory rim and tire here;

Re: Rpf1's 17x8.5 - November 20, 2015 02:14 pm UTC

I run 245's on a 9" rim with a 30 offset.
The rears I run just enough camber to slide under the rear fender.
The fronts poke out past the fender with my setup, you will need to roll fenders, or have high stiff suspension.

I have about 2mm of space from touching the coils in the front, and the rear lower arm in the back.

The 1/2 inch smaller rim may compensate for the 10mm larger width than mine, but things will be close.

Oh and stock suspension wont clear, but whos stock anymore wink

Hope that helps you 1g guys.

Here is a little more help,
245's on a 9"
Rears have no camber correction in this pic, and the fronts do, you can see how much they poke out if you zoom in.

Corte's setup would be more ideal smile
