Silver 1GB always at mavis/central parkway and eglington/creditview...

I always see a guy in a Silver 1GB hanging out at the Timmy's at Mavis/Central Parkway and also sometimes at Eglington/Creditview. I drove by and heard him speaking Polish with his buddies...
The car has nice polished rims and a nice sized FMIC...
Anyone from here?
