2g Red Eclipse

Saw a red 2g at Canadian Tire on Welland Ave. in St Catharines. I've lived in the area for a year and I've never seen it before. Had a nice looking body kit on it. i think it was an RS, but I could be wrong. Also had a custom license plate..."TotlEclpse" or something along those lines.

--Anyone in the area seen him before??
