Black DSM in Victoria, with a FMIC

I'm here on a little business vacation, out walking for a snack I saw a sweet DSM. It had a front mount.

It also had a pipe running horizontally at the top of the intercooler. Anyone know this car. Is it a Top to Bottom intercooler?

Strange not seeing a side to side...

The "bolt-on" kits from Greddy and such have long route piping. The inlet is turned to the passenger side and runs along the top rows.
