Looks like it's trying to be a 95/96 Eclipse, but has a Talon rear.
Looks like it's been sitting for a long time.
A pillar is rusting, tires are flat, and it's missing it's front bumper, and parts of it's interior.
Just curious of it's story, lots of automotive shops in the plaza it's sitting in.
