Is it ok to use stock springs with konis? I'm really developing a back problem with my eibachs/koni setup. Are there any drawbacks besides handling? What if I use stock springs and set the konis stiffer? Thanks.

Yes, you can.

It's okay to use stiffer shocks than the springs. Your cornering shouldn't be affected that much since it's the shocks that improves the handling. Springs are more for looks and lowering the centre of gravity...

Set the Konis to full soft, and you will get your stock ride back... well, a little rougher.
