I heard from another DSMer that after installing a front STB you need to get a wheel alignment. Is this fact or myth?

No you don't.

The instalation of a STB requires the removal of nuts on the top of the "tower". If you look at it once the nuts are removed you see that their is no place for the "studs" to go!!!

I did installed a STB on my 1991 Laser RS 2.0L NT last summer. I then removed it for the winter and I should be putting it back on in a few weeks from now.

Hope this helps.

Ghislain.
