As the subject says, I just bought a set of Hakka 2's to replace my worn out Yoko 600's. I haven't tried them yet as there wasn't any snow until this morning so I've been wearing down the 600's.
I wish I put the Hakka's on yesterday. The 600's are slightly better than no-seasons at the mo.

Anyway, I also bought some 15" steel rims and, while doing a test fit, realised I don't have anything to cover up the wheel bearings (hub). What do other people do to protect the bearings?

Also, a friend of mine is looking for some winter rubber (for his new Mazda3) but he keeps balking at the price of the Hakka's. Anybody have experience with anything new out there (Toyo, Yoko, etc.)?

While I'm at it. What are peoples first impressions with the Hakka 2's compared to the 1's (or others)

Thanks!
