I saw this in Kane Moser's for-sale (Billy's old car) description.

Does this mean that fixing rear camber after a car has been lowered is as simple as jamming some washers in somewhere? What's it take to shim the rear suspension to fix the camber?

It's A 2g thing, correcting the rear suspension camber is done by shimming out the upper control arms away from the upper mount..
The redesign on the 2G suspension made it easier to correct rear camber, harder to correct front, (1G's can use a slotted upper strut mount) 2G's are stuck with eccetric bolts.
