Hey Guys, they do a weekly meet every Tues (tonight). It is a Mitsubishi/Subaru meet. I know, I know. I think they had a pretty good turn out last time. I am planning to head down there with a few Evos to crash the place. Hit me up if you want to meet up.

This is what everyone on this board should be doing. Hold a meet with a wider audience or attend there's. Someone should approach these guys and ask if the DSM community can be invited/welcomed as well.

I went to a meet of the Mitsubishi clubs a few weeks back on a Wednesday at square one as I was approached by whom I think is one of the organizers of the club seems like an approachable guy whos more than happy to see more mitsu's out there

Agreed, though not sure if you really need permission for one or two DSM's showing up What time do these meets start Tim? I work in Richmond Hill now, drive the Evo to work and can easily show up.

As soon as I get my 1g back I'd be down.

I just meant welcomed in the sense that they can promote that DSMs would be showing up as well and you guys might not be aware of this but there are DSMs in the GTA outside of this community!

I like the idea of showing up to these things when i got the free night to do so. I can't commit to every week but knowing there is one every week i would definitely make it out when i could and especially that there is a wide audience of cars and people to meet.

Let someone else organize the meet and we can just relax and show up!

Great turn out last night and nice atmosphere... Some immature ppl but didn't tarnish the meet most probably gonna make it to more... Ran into Tim and the gorgeous evo yday too definitely lots of lancers and evos so let's show these guys some 2g and 1g love!

Guys, this is why I put it out there. I am a moderator on Toronto Evo Nation and I also know the 2 organizers well. Manny stopped by the Meet last Tues. it was good to see you. Made me miss my 2g a little. We are one big Mitsu family.

They do the Square 1 timmies meet every Wednesday and have a decent turn out. If you guys want to coordinate yourselves I will let them know you are going and I can stop by so you at least know someone

As mentioned above mitsu club of Canada and Canadian subbies hosts a weekly meet Tuesdays and mitsu club of Canada has their own on Wednesdays

So im posting in here with tims permission to see if I can gauge some interest from you guys

Would be awesome to do a cruise in and after the reaction I got from these guys with my dsm im sure they would be floored to see all our toys

I'm still too busy with home, school, and work to really get out to these. I will definitely be interested in showing up once my head's on straight again; hopefully end of May/beginning of June.

I'm not gonna make today's I'm confused after discussion with guys yday telling me a Kennedy Commons meet is also going on and that's where the mitsu Canada guys r going to b/c theirs some issues with the guys who do the sq1 meet.

Nonetheless tmmw year is LA Paloma Friday I believe is Vaughan Mills again and another tuner meet Sunday as well

To clarify the Mitsubishi club FB group is maintained by one guy. The Toronto Lancer Club is done by another. For what ever reason they don't get along. Personally I don't give a sh!t about their drama. I like both guys and will occasionally drop in on either. Last week I went to the Tues night one. It was a decent turnout with a lot of Subies as well. So I figured I would apply the same logic to the Wed night one. But instead of inviting Scubbies I thought of my DSM friends. Seeing Manny made me miss my 2g a little (Till I ripped up the onramp in my Evo). lol

So tonight seems like really short notice. So what I was thinking is maybe we plan for next week? We can all meet somewhere else and roll in together. I would love to see some of your tripped up 1 and 2gs. I will also try to coordinate with some of my Evo buddies and we will do a surprise drop in.

maybe I can organize to have a photographer onsite as well. For me I would rather do Mississauga as it is closer. So Manny, take a list of anyone interested and we will go from there.
