Hi guys,
A friend of mine who has opened up her own welding/fabrication company specializing in bicycles is reaching out and looking for a local (Toronto) waterjet cutting company that can laser etch metal, that will do a small run of pieces (sub 50).
Any leads will help, as she's having issues with her current connection.
Thanks in advance!

Ya, I was thinking about responding. I personally don't use waterjet, I use laser. Some things can also be CNC machined fairly efficiently, that I do myself, and would consider doing for others if the run justifies the programming and setup. I think she needs two different places. Laser etching is a whole other process, I doubt many waterjet places offer it. I know of one laser etching place, but in Hamilton. Laser CUTTING on the other hand, which I personally use instead of waterjet cutting, I have a good place in Guelph, but they will deliver to the GTA. I think their minimum is not a piece part quantity, but a dollar figure. I THINK it is around $200. or $220. last time I asked. If she is looking for 50 of something, should be easy to fill that minimum unless they are very simple and tiny. If that is the case, could maybe do something like slip in her parts when I am placing an order....
Have her call me if she likes....
