I might have a source lined up for Brad Penn oil. Just trying to gauge interest to see if it would be worth carrying. I would think pricing is going to be in around the same price as Royal Purple, and a little better than redline. Somewhere between the cheaper Amsoil and the premium Amsoil.

Would this interest anyone? What grades do you suggest I stock?

BP and Valvoline VR1 are the two top choices in the 4G63 world at the moment, I don't think you could go wrong stocking either.

Would the pricing be the same for the different weights? Im thinking 10W30 and 10W40 mainly.

What would pre-tax price be on a case of either (approximately)?

If price is reasonable then it definitely makes sense. There aren't a lot of distributors around and your shipping convenience makes it worthwhile to many people.

I purchased 10 bottles or 10w40 Bradd Penn full race oil, "0" detergency, but the added buffer materials - zinc/phosphorus IIRC.
Not catalytic friendly, and it says so.

They were in the $12 range, a bottle.

I got it from the local Stinson's supply depot here in Ottawa.
Seemed to run fine with my 6 bolt setup and sandwich style oil cooler. Didn't get to put many miles on it though.
Those bottles that are left, are now 3 years old likely.
I'm back on detergency until the car is running for along enough period of time.
