Found these on sale: http://www.1010tires.com/Tires/Dunlop/Direzza+DZ102/265029814

I'm looking for a street tire, nothing super sticky that'll wear quickly, summer only of course, and found these for $150 a pop!

What do you guys think?

Hello Mike

I bought a set of Dunlop Direzza Z1 (Treadware 200) about 5 years ago and still have lots of meat left. I drive the car about 5 to 7000km (not this year).

These Tires are pretty sticky for a Street Tire, they are not noisy and were quite affordable. These are no longer available.

The Tire you are suggesting should be a decent Tire and should not "melt" too fast.

This was the first time I used a Dunlop product and I was not disappointed at all; will probably use a similar Tire in the future.

Thanks for the recommendation Ghis!

Mike, to be honest I'm not sure. Wheels are from DSM1, 17".

Current tires on the wheels are 225/45/17 (I think)

I don't have info on that specific but as Ghis posted, those tires should last a good amount of time. They have a treadwear rating of 460 (lower the number, faster they wear). My last set & current set have a treadwear rating of 180. Got 30K miles out of the last set & they still had some life left when I swapped them.

I bought and mounted a set of Dunlp Direzza DZ102's, but they have not driven anywhere since install took place last fall.

Wish I could give you an impression of driving characteristics and such.
