With my Alt mounted in the rear... Can I just wire it directly to my battery source?? And not ignore the 2 original white wires? Or do they need to ne connected?

11.45@125,
stock bottom end 6bolt 2g head.
272 hks cams.

You just wont be fused from the alt to battery but everything should still work as long as you keep the 2 whites from your battery to the underhood fuse box.
