Wondering how many of you have upgraded to these?

Attempted to install yesterday, the rear hanger went in pretty good, but I can't get the front one to line up if one is tightened. It's off my at least a mm or 2.

I bought the torque solutions one with an order I put in to JNZ. Will be a few weeks before I go to put my driveshaft back in the car but I'll let you know if mine lines up fine.

If you took apart your driveshaft, did you make sure you lined it up properly when it went back together?

Yeah it lines up that way fine but its as if the mount is wider than it should be.
Does that make sense? If not i will jump under tonight and get a shot.

It would be helpful if take a pic of it.
I used fresh OEM on mine and it lined up fine.

Ok will snap a pic tonight so everyone can see.

No persuasion needed Alex? OEM is a little easier to persuade.

I don't recall. The only issue i recall is how fragile the hanger studs were in my 2G. I think the book calls for 30/35 lbs per nut (check the book just in case) but my factory studs could not take that much.

They came off super easy so I will definitely double check that.

Did you put the driveshaft bearing/hanger on in the right direction? They are directional and easy to mix up.

Assuming I know what you mean, they are stepped so one mounting point is higher than the other so it looks correct to me and it matches the rear one which fits well.

But do the steps match the body? And is that part of the floor rusted threw or is it just the pic?

The higher step should be on the left side.

Yeah steps line up. That rusty piece is the heat shield for the exhaust the studs and body are solid there.
I removed the washers that were there too, should I have kept them?
