It's that time of the year again smile
So what are your plans for winter build 2018?
Please include your goals and list of projects:

Here is my list:
- Replace Front Windshield (big crack frown )
- Install 2Gb side skirts and paint them
- Install 2Gb 1999 white cluster (tempting)
- Rear end needs a refresh. Possibly dropping subframe and wire brushing everything, sand blasting subframe plus new bushings, under chassis coating with POR15.
- Check and replace rear brake lines
- Install LSD 2Ga Rear Diff with axles
- Rear camber kit
- 3G stuff --> rear sway bar, control arms, end links
- High z injectors and WALBRO 450LPH

What is on your list?

This feels a bit pre mature!!

I still have hopes that I will be able to get a little driving in before the salt comes.

Replace radio
Replace gauges
Redo all weather seals
Install aftermarket rad
Install new intercooler piping
Install new intercooler
Vynil wrap it

Red 2g
Kick myself in the ass for not having taken it out this year
Replace tires
Get paperwork up to date
Maintenance/fluids
Ponder on what I'll be putting in for now

1g Laser
Install extra turning signal (tired of stock ones as no one sees them being in the middle of the headlight and non existent on the sides)
Replace exhaust manifold (Stephan, will talk to ya for this, don't want to break a stud in the head on my driveway)
Put winter tires on
Paint some parts that are starting to look ugly
Repair license plate light
Change BOV (that's more of a sure why not kind of thing)
Possibly change turbo depending on play
Install & purchase hood deadening/heat resistant sheet
Get muffler silencer or another silencer on the line (too loud of a drone in 5th)
Install rear strut bar
Repair ugly aerocatch hood pin that broke a while back due to cold.
Finish HID/LED retrofit on clear housing headlights

Probably more but at least I have a list started tongue

My list is:

Put her to bed for 5 months...
Spring time,
Install new Evo X front bumper
Body Shop (Deep will make her look good) Fix rust, touch up paint or new colour!
Black out the roof
Fix hand brake drums... Stupid set up, car doesn't use caliper to park car, it's drum style inside the rotor hub. They're sticking mad!
Put felts on front windows so tints don't get ruined! 2nd set of tints already!
That's it, drive it like I stole it! haha...

Haven't done a lot of planning yet but there are a couple things that have to happen:

ETS 4" core and custom piping with LPS couplers

Replace floater in my clutch, I replaced the disks last year but not the floater and when it's hot I get a bit of drag, kicking my ass for not doing it while I was in there.

Acquire another set of Evo 8 wheel or FD wheels and some slicks to match.

More weight reduction

The new red gsx has held up as daily since I fixed the clutch. Once in a while I lose power so I punch the dash and it turns back on. Tried fixing it a few times hasn't acted up lately.

Today I got link running on my laptop haven't touched the tune since Reza did it in july at 15 psi and 91 octane.
Next week new plugs and I need to figure out why my wideband failed again. Might have a friend and local guru retune it now that I run 94 octane and see if it's happy with 20psi. The 6bolt swap was well built and has supporting mods.

Winter: off the road
More rewiring
Check fuel delivery from tank
Exhaust mani wrap or heat shield.
Air Intake air box/insulation.
New aftermarket rad and hoses.
Turbo could use coolant lines.
Hookup the oil temp and pressure guages and maybe a cooler
Finish last prothane mount upgrade to the engine mount. Did all the trans mounts with the clutch (comp stage 3 ceramic.
New wheels and tires; ride height adjustment and alignment
Look over the entire suspension. Already ordered an adjustable rear lca from Europe
Maybe a new ets core.
Repaint front end with new front bumper and maybe headlights

Ohhh and the black resto project....
Finish collecting adjustable control arms. Paul Volk tubular rear subframe. Finish stiffening and restoring chassis see if we re ready for business to start more of the build in spring
