OK the car runs great! but when I pull up to a stop the idle will stay above 1000rpm the drop to 700 after a few seconds or jump back and forth between 700-1200.
when I pull into the drive way and put it in park it goes up to 1200 the slowly drop down to 700rpm.
even when its fully warm and i start it it goes up to 2000 rpm then real slowly drops down to normal.
what should I do? clean the TB again? it was just done before winter!

Do a search for "idle switch" and maybe make sure that is clean as well.

Also, when I had that problem with my Laser, it turned out to be the wires (Just swap a set with a local member who's car doesn't stumble/hesitate). BUT, when I had this problem, I had a slight hesitation off the line from this....
