Hi.
I need some help. I bought a 90 fwd lightweight chomemolly flywheel from the states ebay...and i put it on my 90 fwd and it worked but the strater engaged realllllyyyy rough. I pissed aroung with it for a long time and didnt get anywhere.
when the starter tries to engage it it bangs and hits the teeth of the flywheel. sometimes its starts and sometimes the starter just spins.
i drove it like that and killed 2 new starters in a month, and i pulled it apart again and the flywheel has a broken tooth and you can see where the starter has been hitting the side.
i called the place and they denied it up and down and kept telling me there was an adjustment, THERE ARE 2 BOLTS NO ADJUSTMENT.!!!!
any advice.
mabye i got a awd flywheel, is the awd 6 bolt flywheel a bit bigger diameter overall?, thats what i think, i think its the awd flywheel,
any help, pls

Can't you compare it to your old flywheel, side-by-side?
