You're either not getting spark, fuel, or there's no compression in #4.
Did the #4 wire continue to arc when you pulled it? Hopefully, it didn't and it's something as simple as a wire/coil.

Yeah check your sparks plugs I had the same problem last week. I was driving into the gasstation and it was working fine untill i turned it off. The i started it and it was running on 3 cylyinders.
When you pulled the wire did it continue making a spark? Put another sparkplug inside and see what happeens. Maby your injectors are blocked. Hope it's something like that, and not your compression and piston rings or a burned valve

ok compression good *whew* wires ... good spark plugs ... good so i think it's a coil
