When I cold start my 1994 awd tsi, it reads boost on the stock gauge, almost to the 0 marker! After it heats up, and reaches operating temp., it still reads 0.5. The car currently has an idle surge problem, but only after the car reaches operating temp. At cold idle, it struggles to maintain idle at all (feels like a carburated again =P) Other than that, she seems to be fine. Any idea why this would be happening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
