I've had nothing but problems with this person. Michel Giguere agreed to purchase my 1G Turbo Timer Harness for $15 shipped to him in Quebec.

I waited for the money order and nothing came. I sent him a PM and he said he would send it, he forgot. I sent him another message a week later informing him that I had not received payment. He appologized and agreed to send it out right away. After 2 days of waiting I was sure it was in the mail and since I had already packaged everything up I dropped the Turbo Timer Harness into a mail-box with a bunch of other out going mail.

I waited another week and received nothing. I sent him a PM telling him that I would post negative feedback if I did not receive payment. He all the sudden stopped responding to PMs.

I know it was my fault for sending it out but I've learned my lesson- you can't trust anyone.

I hope he could be banned from the site so that this doesn't happen to anyone else, if anything constitutes a ban I believe this should be on the top of the list.

I have saved the PMs if anyone wishes me to confirm these reports.

Some of these guys operate under aliases, we try and catch them, but don't always.

Can you post the mailing address you sent it to, in case someone here recognizes it?

I realize it's only $15, but it's the little things in life that piss you off.

Yes, it's definitly not the money. Just the fact that he told me he was going to send it repeatidly.

Welcome to the internet. I hate when things like this happen to people, especially those who are new to purchasing/selling online.

Let this be a lesson to everyone; It goes without saying that you should never ship anything until you have the money in-hand. I quote the X-Files:

Trust no one.

A good tip: If the person seems dodgy/shady/dishonest during your transaction, it's usually a good indicator that you should be careful.

I deal plenty on the net but I've never been burned by anyone on DSM Canada before and I've dealt a lot on here so I figured it would be ok, also the low value of the item was a contributing factor.

I just put a post on the Quebec UBB. I'm pretty sure he also belongs to that Board. I just can't remember his alias...

Might have to drag him to the mud but we'll get your $15 or he'll lose his reputatuion for $15...
