picked up a set of chrysler 300m rims, but they are a 5*100 bolt pattern. I have a 1994 talon, and the pattern is a 5*4 1/2". Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get adapters for these? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks;

Bill Liscombe

5 X 4 1/2?

Don't you mean 5 x 114.3?

Also, the 300M rims should just be bolt on. You sure they're 5 x 100?

The 4 1/2 in 5 x 4 1/2 is inches.

25.4mm in an inch, so:

4.5 * 25.4 = 114.3.

Thus, 5x4.5 == 5x114.3. smile

Not sure about the adapter, and I'm also very suprised that they wouldn't have the same bolt pattern. I thought all recent Chryslers were 5x114.3?

Well, guess they've made some changes, as these are off of a 2003. They are definatly 5*100, as I tried them on my mother's malibu just to make sure, and they fit right on. there is only one company in the states that I know of that supplies these adapters, but they aren't cheap ($$$).

Is there anywhere in or around T.O. that I can find adapters?

Thanks;

Bill L.

I wouldn't trust an adaptor for that type of application.

you need to take your studs out too.

Make sure it is worth it.

Fair enough. As I am doing some work on the motor, I have decided against this method, as I am not sure how much abuse adapters can take. The rims are for sale, hopefully they will be gone soon =D. Thanks for the help guys.
