Don't you mean 5 x 114.3?
Also, the 300M rims should just be bolt on. You sure they're 5 x 100?

Don't you mean 5 x 114.3? The 4 1/2 in 5 x 4 1/2 is inches. 25.4mm in an inch, so: 4.5 * 25.4 = 114.3. Thus, 5x4.5 == 5x114.3. Not sure about the adapter, and I'm also very suprised that they wouldn't have the same bolt pattern. I thought all recent Chryslers were 5x114.3?
