Was ABS standard or optional on 1998 Tsi AWD #181573

Hey guys, newbie here, were abs brakes standard equipment or optional on a 1998 Tsi AWD?

Also LSD was an option, and NOT standard right? This is verfiable by an orange sticker in driver side door jam?

ABS and a LSD were both options on the Tsi.

I want an RS4.

You may not find the orange sticker. At least on mine I didnt have it. So crawl under your rear and look at the rear differential. You will clearly see some stickers indicating it has LSD or not.

BTW how can one tell "visually" if the car is ABS equipped? Thanks....

The ABS light will flash a few times when you turn the car to the "on" position and then stay off.
It's on the right side and is an amber light.
