Hey Guys,

I just installed Tokico's Alluminas adjustibles and there is no way for me to know what the back shocks are set to.

The red dial doesn't lock into anything so the dial (numbers 1-5) spins freely.

The front shocks no problem.

Has anyone had this problem?

Thanks

They spin freely cause the tabs must be broken or old. That happened to me and I called Tokico and they sent me 4 brand new caps - free. The new ones worked like a charm

Hey Mark,

Thanks.

Not to happy about the "broken or old" considering it should be brand new.

For now you can use one of your good front caps on the back shocks to allow you to set them. There is a flat section on the threaded metal rod that keys the number cap in place.

I'm not saying that the shocks are old. I'm just saying who knows how long the shocks and caps have been sitting on a shelf in a warehouse or a store.
Plastic tends to get very brittle the older it gets.
Just call them up and they'll send out brand new fresh ones .....

Spoke to a friend and he said to do the same thing Mark suggested, just send it back to them for replacement.
