I'm having iradic idle problems. Sometimes its fine, at 850rpm, other times its at 1500rpm or 2000rpm.
I'm guessing its a sticking ISC.
I measure the coils on it, and got 40ohms across each pair. Vfaq says 28-33. I doubt this is actually too high.
When I apply 6 volts to it, it twitches.
Ideas?

Get rid of it, along with the whole bottom half of the throttle body with a block off plate.
Then just use the biss screw and fuel to adjust idle smile
