I'm starting a new thread because it's not a vacuum issue like I thought in my previous thread.

As the title says there is no spark on cylinders 1 & 4, I have now tried a different coil pack and a different power transistor. The only thing left that I can find to try is the CAS, but since my car is a 95 the CAS is underneath the intake camshaft pulley and I don't feel like tearing my car apart without knowing 100% that the CAS is the problem.

My other option besides replacing the stock CAS is to install a 1G CAS on the car, I have one sitting here but it's not that easy again because my car is a 95 the CAS uses an inverted signal.

I'm kind of lost here and I was looking for opinions on my next step.

Here are the instructions I've found the for 1G CAS in a 2G... http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-electrical-wiring/289870-installing-1g-cas-2g.html

It's a stand-alone ECU you're using, right?
I'd wonder if it's set-up right with regards to the DSM's lossy spark ignition.
Or maybe a wire got pulled in the harness somewhere.

I know you had it working before but maybe something got reset or loose.

Is it easy to go back to a stock ECU for testing? It might be easier than the 1G CAS idea.

Are you using a standalone that you have bought used or is it designed for your car? Once you disconnect the power it goes back to "factory" settings. The previous owner (if any) might have a completely different setup than you have.

I went out and installed the factory 2G ECU again and I'm still missing spark on those two cylinders. I guess it's time to start looking into installing the 1G CAS or replacing the stock CAS.

Have you checked the injectors?

I didn't think that I should check the injectors because I know for a fact there is no spark on 1 & 4. I've pulled each plug while the car is running and I can see the spark on 2 & 3, nothing on 1 & 4.
