does anyone have any aftermarket racing seats that fit nicely and they are happy with?
i recently installed recaro srd's and they barely fit.. the seats sit extremely high and the top of the seat rubs the roof when reclined.

thanks a lot!

I heard Evo seats are a nice swap into a 2G. I believe Dan Sakar from the board has them done

It was Dan.

They look awesome, plus it looks like they clear the roof.

Ryan, you know you want a Bride super low brother.

I'll be paying attention to this thread.

I've got Sparco EVO 2 seats in my car with Sparco brackets & sliders. They just barely fit due to the width of the shoulder bolstering... They actually rub against the door panel a bit, but I suspect I might be able to adjust them around that (me = lazy). They give me enough headroom to wear a helmet in my non-sunroof 2G.

yeaah thats my main problem^.. it rubs the roof everytime you recline the seat and the recaro's make you sit really high.. Im interested in finding a seat that sits similar to the stock seat, so if anybody has had the bride super low's or any other brand that they're happy with.. just let me know smile

Ryan, I think the biggest issue is rails.

As I said yesterday, I had this issue in my old Integra when I put the RSX seats in. Maybe custom rails are the best option but then you might lose the slide part of your seats.

I adjusted my Sparcos to the lowest setting and they're just a touch lower than the stock seat height.

Removing the rails would gain another inch or so.
