She has a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Limited and whenever it rains, when you apply the brakes, the car won't begin to slowdown for a second or 2. I have driven the car and I can verify this. When it's dry out, the brakes work great! She had new rotors put on about a year ago, and she's pretty sure she had the pads changed at the same time. What the heck could cause the brakes to delay when wet? 1993 Talon Esi - Sold, and missed dearly 2004 Saab 9-3 Hirsch Tuned etc
