I am in the process of changing the drivers side axle. My problem is, the axle is very difficult going into the half shaft (that actually goes into the tranny). It has been awhile since I have had this side apart, but I don't remember it being this hard. I tried greasing it but didn't seem to help.

Thanks

There's a C-Clip that's a PITA to get over when you are installing it. Is it not going on at all or just not going on all the way?

I don't remember a c clip. I might try taking the short shaft out and assembling it off the car.

Thanks
