Quick question, when things are working corectly you should have a constant 12v and a switched 12v from the headlight switch at the relay, right?? And if you don't have the switch ed something is wrong between the switch and the relay? Likely the switch if all the fuses are good?

So I swapped some fuse around and now I have high beams but no lows, bad ground maybe???
