That sounds like the connecting rod bearing is toast...and if not that, check your crank pulley.
I know when mine separated, I heard knocking from the engine, as the pulley started hitting the screws that hole the t-belt cover.
In anycase, I would not drive that car until I figured out where the noise is coming from.
