I'd love to.

I'll do some prep work on the car this weekend...
If all goes well, I'm in for sure tu

//edit

As mugh as I love to join you guys, I have to pass for now.

No point taking my car to the track and run slower than my NT Galant.

300hp Talon to a 50hp Citroen. Lovely ain't it?
Back to another Mits.

If I'm not working and my lazy ass has gotten around to putting the 16G on, I'm in.

If I plan on coming I'll get cell phone numbers so you guys can call me when you are passing through KW and I'll meet you on the hwy.

EDIT: That's if you are going to St. Thomas. I hate Cayuga. I can't stand line ups.

Hey Noah, why don't you come down with the 14b
to get some times, and when you install the 16g you'll have some numbers to compare the 16g vs 14b

My work schedule for Saturday has been cleared wink

Is there someone willing to take my cell number and call me when you are passing Guelph line so I know approx when you are coming through? Or if you give me a couple of numbers I'll call you so you don't have to pay long distance. I have a package on my phone so no LD for me.

I'd like to just wait for you guys to come by the exit for KW Mitsu and I'll be waiting on the shoulder of the 401. Anyone willing?

I don't mind calling you when we're getting close to K\W, so you can meet us there.
But, I was checking the weather for Saturday, and they are excepecting thunderstorms down in London. I'm going to keep an eye on the weather, if there is any slight chance of rain we might as well not go

Agreed....

I've seen both sunny and rainy. It depends where you look. We'll just have to wait until it's a bit closer.

Looks like it's calling for rain that day.

The plan was for me to hop down in Rob's home grown with a digital camera in hand. But, look's like the fuel system is going in this weekend. bird

I'd love to come to finally take Stinger for a run with my new slicks but it's mothers day weekend so I'm not sure at this point.

Meteorologist must be such a great job...
It's the only job where you can bull**** everything and get away with it.

Environment Canada now says "Chance of showers, High of 18, 70% POP"
Likewise, weather network says "Isolated showers, High of 18, 30% POP"

As I said before, they don't have a friggin' clue! bird

I'll be in London for sure, pending Friday's forecast. Until then, it's up in the air.

I'll make my final decision Friday afternoon as well. If they are calling for rain, I'm going golfing. I don't mind rain golfing, but I won't waste my time driving over an hour to the track.

Can I join in with you guys?
I wanna see what my beast can do now.
I may bring a friend with a Gran Prix GT.
How long of a drive is it?
How much to get in and run?

Jakub, we can't stop you from tagging along... wink

As I recall last year, it was $20 to race or $10 to watch.

The drive is between 2 and 2.5 hrs from Toronto.

Keep checking this thread as we'll update with caravan info, and our decision on the weather (Friday).

UNLESS, you guys want to change the date from Saturday to Sunday, it looks like Sunday will be better weather.

I'm going to make my final decision tonight if I'm going or not, but so far it's a no go for me. But like I said, I will decide tonight, because I'll get up and go golfing at the crack of dawn if I'm not planning on racing.

If you guys do end up going, could you please post if you are, because I'll check the board when I get back from golf and if the weather looks good, I'll head up for the afternoon.

Mike I can lend you stock front calipers from my '93 FWD.
You should get some pads for them though (less than 1mm left).
For mounting hardware all I have are the four bolts (no brackets).

Let me know!

On the topic of the weather..
I'll make my decision later today after checking the forecast. If Saturday is no good, I'm up for goin Sunday.

I'll going to London on Saturday night so I'd be up for detouring to St. Thomas on the way down.

I won't have internet access tonight so could someone call me tomorrow at (416) 995-0887 if you guys end up going and I'll come in the afternoon.

thanks. smile

Thanks for the offer Rob, but since it's going to be cold and raining tomorrow I'll just wait until I can downgrade my brakes.

No problem Mike!
Keep in mind we may go Sunday instead, if the weather is nicer.

Phil, I'll give you a call when I know!

I'm not going to do tomorrow either then since Mike and Erick aren't going to make it.

Sunday looks like rain as well, but I'll come and check the boards again tomorrow night and see what's up.

I think I might actually be able to do Sunday now.

Anyone want to go Sunday if it turns out to be nice?

I managed to get nine holes of golf in this morning before I got soaked around 9:00 am. I'm glad we weren't planning the track anymore.

Sunday still looks like crap, so I'll be getting soaked on the golf course again. Good luck guys.

Next weekend we can show the turbo dodges what it's all about. They're having a get-together at St. Thomas. Dean might be bringing his Rampage though, so there's not many of us here who could beat him. The rest though... no problem wink

I had the pleasure of meeting some of the Dodge guys last summer at St. Thomas.

Good bunch, they let me park my car in their area since I was the only DSM there. ROB! bitch
