I've got stock 14's as well and plan on adding 17"s
I was told on a N/T you can go 245/45/17
Thats as big as you can go, other wise the rear tire will rub against the upper arm. Unless you have coils, which changes the position of it.

http://www.tirerack.com/index.jsp You can pick and choose tires and wheels, plus it will tell you the stock size, and tell you what will fit.
It also shows you a pic of most cars and changes the wheels and size so you can see what the car will look like with the selected wheel.
